MONDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER 2012

Put it in your diary… Our next round of outdoor fitness commences on Monday 10th September 2012 for six weeks, every Monday and Friday until 19th October 2012.

Interval training, boxing and resistance training is all that is required to get you into shape! Whatever your ability, the exercises can be tailored to suit your individual needs!

One session per week for six weeks is just £36. Book two sessions per week for six weeks for just £67.00

Pay as you go is £7 per session.


NEW FAT LOSS FITNESS COMMENCES MONDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER 2012

Hello Ladies,

Hope you’ve all enjoyed the school holidays! Most primary school children returned today…I’ve still got to wait three more days! Although the weather hasn’t been great, the Olympics has been amazing! I’m sure we’ve all got great memories and inspiring stories to tell. I’ve been blown away today watching Ellie Simmonds win her second goal medal in the swimming paralympics! She has worked tirelessly to achieve her dreams and goals……

My goal this term is to  inspire and motivate you to fulfil your health and fitness potential which would allow you to enjoy an enhanced lifestyle!  If you are female and would like to exercise with like minded ladies, then come and join us for fat burning, weight loss, outdoor fitness that will leave you with that ‘feel good’ factor and renewed energy!

The next classes will start on Monday 10th September 2012 for six weeks, every Monday and Friday. Meet me in Meanwood Park Car Park (Waitrose entrance) at 9.10am, ready for a 9.15am start.
